Each is a single command, files in / files out. Workflow assembly — generate, mutate, scaffold, and run multi-step pipelines from those atomic tasks. Default executor is Nextflow (per-patient parallel + cache + HPC); Prefect is the secondary executor; inline is the small-cohort fallback.
